I am certified Pilates instructor with over 5 years of teaching experience. I’m also an entrepreneur and a former freelancer in the film and TV industry, so I understand what an entrepreneurial and creative life can look like.
I discovered when I started working on my mindset and introduced self-love and self-care as a priority in my life, I was able to stay in shape easier and get better results than when I exercised for 2 hours a day, 6 days a week.
