Learn about T-zone. This is the most important piece of information you will ever learn about your body. It will help you make every other exercise 10 times more effective. It is the secret to everything you do physically.
Pick what area you want to work on and choose a workout for that area. It usually takes 3 weeks of regular exercising before you notice a difference.
Make sure you know what the T-zone is and that you know how to activate it.
You can always add a quick full body workout in addition to your workout for the chosen area.
