I talk about T-zone everywhere: in my classes, on a bus, to everyone who told me that they have a back pain.
It is something that everyone should know. It will help you immensely.
By learning how to switch your T-zone on you will get your back protected from injuries. Besides your tummy will get flatter faster and your posture better!
Make sure you practice you T-zone often. Ideally you would hold your T-zone on all the time. The best way to learn that is by putting reminders around your place, at work, in your car, maybe your computer. So called “stars”. They don’t need to be stars as such, they could be just a small sticky note (even if it is blank or you can write something on it) and every time you would see them – you know that it is a “star” for you and that you need to turn your T-zone on if you are not doing it already.
